Mandatory proof documents

Both files are required. Accepted: PDF, JPEG, or PNG (max 10 MB each). A Smartmove admin will verify these before activating your account.

e.g. NZBN certificate, Companies Office register screenshot.

Photo ID for the company contact / director (e.g. driver licence, passport).
